Position Title: Extended School Year Teachers, Special Education
Primary Location: TBD Based on Student Enrollment
Assignment Specifications: August 3rd - August 14th: Monday through Friday, 8:45am to 12:15pm

Pay Range: $56.54 - $89.24 per hour
Responsibilities: The licensed teacher is responsible for delivering and instructing students in instructional material; evaluating and assessing student progress against instructional outcomes and objectives; participating and collaborating with other instructional professionals, administrators, parents, counselors, and other district personnel concerning student needs, issues, and district learning initiatives, curriculum, and building issues.
Qualifications: Persons applying for this internal position must be covered under the master agreement associated with this posting and will hold the appropriate special education license issued by the Minnesota Professional Educator Licensing and Standards Board. Additionally, applicants will ideally be available for all session dates.
Positions will be open to teachers certified in developmental delay (early childhood: special education), specific learning disabilities, emotional/behavioral disabilities, autism spectrum disorder and developmental cognitive disabilities (severe/profound). Positions that might also be available for up to 12 hours during this summer session, depending on student need, are: Speech Language Pathologist and Physical Therapist�appropriate licensure is required.
