System Engineer

RBR-Technologies is seeking a System Engineer to support one of our customers in Maryland.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Work with a team of developers to implement new End Point Services capabilities in support of Zero Trust
- Consult and advise on various technical topics including ICAM, DevOps, and data tagging
- Expected to have extensive experience with requirements elicitation and can manage multiple efforts to support various domains
- Define, manage and validate the implementation of requirements
- Work in cross-agency working groups including the DOD and IC
- Research and perform trade studies as required
REQUIREMENTS
- TS/SCI with polygraph
- One or more of the following: AWS Professional/Specialty or Microsoft Azure Certification
- Familiarity with PKI and REST services
- Knowledge of ICAM Capabilities and integration
- Understand of GitOps and CI/CD pipelines
- Experience with defining requirements for microservices
- Experience with software deployed in Docker and Kubernetes
- Review and test software components for adherence to the design requirements and documents test results
- Provide specific input to the software components of system design to include hardware/software trade-offs, software reuse, and requirements analysis and synthesis from the system level to individual software components
- Perform software life-cycle activities to ensure the highest level of system performance and availability and compliance with business requirements
- Administer, maintain, and implement policies and procedures for ensuring the security and integrity of the application
- Knowledge of EDH1/2, ISM, CAPCO and CUI standards
- Excellent oral and written communication skills- able to clearly communicate architecture and design concepts
- Ability to write technical documentation including wiki sites, blogs, XML/HTML
- Strong organization and time management skills, including the ability to multi-task and work independently with minimum supervision to meet deadlines
- Experience with engaging with leadership, customers, and interfacing teams
