Compensation Overview:
This role is commission based. Average compensation for this position is $50,000 with top performers earning $60,000.
Experience & Qualifications Needed:
- Valid driver’s licenseand clean driving record
- 1-3years ofprogressiveexperience in auto service is preferred but notrequired
- Consistent record of service and sales success
- Strong record of positive customer satisfaction results
- Team-oriented and self-motivated
- Ableto work independently
Essential Duties and Major Responsibilities:
- Greet customers and set them up with Service Advisorsto begin service appointment
- Answer phones toassistguests and schedule appointments if necessary
- Manage loaner fleet (Utilization, cleanliness of vehiclesbefore and after use, make sure each loaner hasan adequate amount of fuel before going out on loan, etc.)
- Collaborate with technicians toensure PDI vehicles, CPO and sales concerns are handledaccurately andin a timely manner
- Manage Valet program-ensuring valets are on time to pick upand return guestvehicles
