YOUR CHALLENGES

As a Marketing Content Coordinator, your role is to ensure an optimal user experience by collecting, enriching, and maintaining product information on our website, as well as ensuring the quality and accuracy of SPI’s external content.

YOUR RESPONSABILITIES

  • Optimize and maintain product data on the website, including accuracy, categorization, images, filters, and attributes;
  • Optimize product pages according to SEO best practices;
  • Collaborate with internal suppliers to ensure effective management of the product catalog;
  • Actively contribute to improving website conversion rates;
  • Identify, analyze, and help resolve operational issues related to product pages;
  • Translate, adapt, and validate content in both French and English;
  • Contribute to the creation of various marketing content (articles, emails, landing pages, lead magnets);
  • Collaborate with e-commerce and content teams on related projects and initiatives.

YOUR SUCCESS METRICS

  • Web sales performance;
  • Website conversion rate;
  • Number of leads generated.

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR 

  • College diploma (DEC) or certificate in marketing, communications, or a related field;
  • Minimum of 1 to 3 years of experience in marketing or a similar role;
  • Experience creating and adapting web marketing content;
  • Knowledge of SEO best practices;
  • Excellent written communication skills in both English and French;
  • Proficiency with MS Office;
  • Experience in e-commerce or with a PIM platform (an asset).
