Position Overview
We are looking for a multimodule SAP SuccessFactors Solution Architect responsible for the development, continuous improvement, global rollout, and support of group-wide HR IT solutions within the SAP SuccessFactors (myHR) landscape.
As a SAP SuccessFactors Solution Architect, you will design and implement HR processes in close collaboration with internal stakeholders and Business Process Owners across the dormakaba Group. You will ensure alignment with the global SAP template, application standards, and the overall HR / People & Culture strategy.
In addition, you will contribute to solution enhancements in collaboration with functional consultants and technical experts, helping to ensure high-quality and sustainable HR systems.
What you will do
- Requirements Gathering: Collaborate with HR stakeholders to define system needs through workshops and interviews
- Configuration & Implementation: Configure Employee Central modules (Foundation Objects, Employee Data, Position Management, Workflows), business rules, and data models
- Stakeholder Consulting: Support Global Process Owners, Global Process Experts, and Key Users
- Compliance & Governance: Ensure data privacy, regulatory compliance, and audit readiness
- Vendor Management: Manage external partners and ensure delivery of clearly defined project and service outcomes
What we require
- 10+ years of experience as a Senior SAP SuccessFactors Consultant or Solution Architect delivering expert functional and technical guidance across multiple HR domains with end‑to‑end architecture.
- Proven track record in leading global SAP SuccessFactors implementations and rollouts, ensuring successful delivery of scalable and compliant HR IT solutions.
- Strong understanding of HR processes and system architecture
- SAP SuccessFactors certifications (e.g., Performance Management, Succession & Development, Compensation, Variable Pay)
- Experience working in international and cross-functional environments
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
- Results-driven and solution-oriented mindset
- Language skills: German (minimum B2) and English (minimum C1) – both required
What we prefer
- Technical experience with SAP Employee Central, SAP SuccessFactors Workzone, SAP SuccessFactors Enterprise Service Management, and Document Core by OpenText
- Knowledge of CPI integrations and BTP platform
- Reporting experience using Canvas and Story reports
