**Job Summary:**

We are seeking a skilled Road and Bridge Equipment Operator/Blade Operator to join our team. The primary responsibility of this role is to operate and maintain heavy equipment, including blades, to clear and maintain roads and bridges.


**Qualifications:**

- High school diploma or equivalent

- Valid driver's license

- Previous experience operating heavy equipment, specifically blades, is required

- Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions

- Excellent hand-eye coordination and physical strength


**Responsibilities:**

- Operate and maintain road and bridge construction equipment, with a focus on blades

- Clear debris and snow from roads and bridges to ensure safe travel

- Perform routine maintenance on equipment to ensure functionality and longevity

- Follow safety procedures and guidelines at all times

- Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors to coordinate work activities


**Preferred Skills:**

- Certification in heavy equipment operation

- Knowledge of basic mechanical principles

- Strong problem-solving skills
