Role Summary

[Core Goals]
1.Efficiently manage and operate human resources, and train employees to support business goal achievement according to business strategy
2.Build cooperative corporate-labor relationship and foster healthy organizational culture to enhance work satisfaction for management and employees.

Key Responsibilities

1. [Establishment of HR Strategies ] Support the establishment of strategies by researching relevant systems and materials required to establish HR, organization, reward, recruitment, and training strategies.
2. [Planning and Operation of HR Policies] Participate in operation and policy restructure of HR policies (Evaluation, promotion, diligence and laziness, expatriates, SCP, strategic human resources, key human resources, etc.).
3. [Planning and Operation of Education Program] Operate the HR system for each function according to standards. When processes/codes are created or changed, analyze the appropriateness.
4. [Maintenance and Analysis of HR Data] Link business or other HR strategies and conduct analysis of HR data for decision-making support.
5. [Manpower Planning] Participate in mid to long-term HR planning establishment according to corporate management plans.
6. [Organization Structure/Management Details] Participate in the organization design and executive HR management optimized for corporate management strategy.
7. [Planning and Operation of HR operation ] Participate in change of posting, leaves and returns, retirement-related planning/operation.
8. [Planning and Operation of Returns] Participate in work-related (working hours, leaves) planning and operation.
9. [Labor Relationship Management] Participate in labor program planning/operation for seamless communication for employees.
10. [Planning and Operation of CSR Programs] Participate in CSR program planning/operation for the corporate social responsibility (CSR).
11. [Organizational culture management] Prepare organizational culture activities and CSR activities planning/operation for promoting healthy organization culture.
12. [Reward Program Planning and Operation] Participate in policy planning/operation related to rewards (annual payment/incentives, payments, severance pay, labor costs).
13. [Welfare Planning and Operation] Participate in planning/operation of welfare policies and management/operation of welfare facilities.
14. [Operation of Recruitment Process] Prepare different recruitment activities and program planning/operation for appropriate human resource use in timely manner.
15. [Planning and Operation of Education Program] Prepare planning and operation of education programs including leadership/global/performances.
