Your Impact
As a key member of the Compliance team, you will:
Implement and animate compliance programmes (trainings and awareness, integrity communications, conflict-of-interest declaration exercise) across TEPMY.
Circulate Company rules and procedures and monitor their effective application.
Perform compliance duties required by applicable directives and procedures, including due diligence tasks and facilitation of audits/controls.
Conduct and document third-party screening and due diligence (including KYC checks: Politically Exposed person, corruption, sanctions, reputational risks) and ensure proper evidence and traceability.
Draft, enhance and advise on compliance policies; provide guidance to departments.
Support corruption risk assessments and anti-corruption audits; coordinate Anti-Corruption Accounting Control (ACAC) annual exercise.
Monitor e-learning completion and performance indicators, report participation levels and follow-up actions.
Ensure monitoring of local actions to confirm proper execution of the Compliance Programme, directives and norms; contribute to periodic and annual reporting.
Perform any other duties as reasonably directed by the Compliance Officer and Compliance Coordinator.
