This position is onsite in a call center environment.

By providing expert support and proactive outreach, you’ll empower customers and play a key role in advancing Spectrum’s digital engagement. Your contributions will help drive our success and make a lasting difference for our customers.

How You’ll Make an Impact

  • Contact customers through outbound and inbound calls to activate Spectrum services
  • Guide customers through the activation process, troubleshooting issues with various tools and applications
  • Apply your expertise to ensure successful equipment activations and internet setup
  • Stay up to date on Spectrum offerings and manage customer escalations effectively
  • Meet performance targets and collaborate by sharing best practices with your team
  • Resolve customer complaints while managing multiple calls efficiently

Required Qualifications


Education

  • High school diploma or equivalent

Experience

  • 2+ years in customer service

Skills

  • Strong Bilingual (English/Spanish) communication skills
  • Ability to prioritize, organize and multitask
  • Sales skills including analysis, objection handling, pitching and closing
  • Customer complaint resolution and call management

Preferred Qualifications


Skills

  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and solve problems under pressure
  • Knowledge of cable or telephony industry and services
  • Familiarity with residential product details
