Expediter/Food Runner
Location: Brookside Country Club of Allentown Macungie, PA
Job Type: Part-Time/Full-Time
Pay: $10-$14 (based on experience) + Service Pool

service. We take pride in delivering high-quality meals in a fast-paced elegant, yet casual
environment. We are currently seeking a Food Runner/Expediter to join our front/back of
house team and ensure smooth, timely service to our members and guests.
Job Responsibilities
 Communicate efficiently with chefs, servers, and other team members to keep service
running smoothly.
 Work closely with the kitchen and front-of-house staff to ensure food is delivered
promptly and correctly.
 Garnish and finalize plated dishes before they leave the kitchen.
 Ensure orders are complete, correct, and meet presentation standards.
 Assist with stocking and maintaining an organized expo line.
 Maintain cleanliness and organization in the expo area.
 Handle special requests and dietary accommodations with attention to detail.
 Assist the back/front of house with any prep work and/or side work needed for the day.
Qualifications
 Previous experience (1 yr.) as a food runner, expediter, or in a fast-paced
restaurant/kitchen setting is preferred.
 Strong communication and teamwork skills.
 Ability to work efficiently under pressure while maintaining attention to detail.
 Positive attitude and a passion for great food and service.
 Must be able to stand for extended periods and lift up to 55 lbs.
 Availability to work mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
