Job Description

Purpose of the Job

To support the HH Global Bacardi Global Order Window team by assisting with the administration of the order windows and reporting.

This role involves working very closely with the Account managers for each order window, processing projects as instructed and data processing with accuracy & ownership.

Key Responsibilities

  • Take briefs from the Account Manager and deadline dates and process projects job data from start to finish, this will involve quoting simple print jobs ie small print, posters etc
  • Assist with spreadsheets to ensure financial procedures are met
  • Support on various WIPs Responsible for updating master data trackers and raising PO's of respective campaigns for SAM/AM.
  • Data entry with 100% accuracy.
  • Supporting all service lines gaining an understanding of all team member’s tasks and undertake the responsibilities of others during busy periods / holiday cover within the team
  • Support the Account Managers in their day-to-day tasks which can involve extensive use of the internal system and ensuring campaigns are managed correctly
  • Monitor projects to ensure they are delivered to specification, on time and in line with SLA’s
  • Amend documents to the highest level of attention to detail
  • Implement new methods and procedures as required;
  • Work as part of a team to help deliver contractual requirements and complete necessary account admin and reporting;
  • Ensure invoicing procedures are followed;
  • Ensure compliance with Regulatory and Company policies;

Knowledge, Skills + Experience

  • A great project/program manager, able to manage multiple projects simultaneously;
  • Numerate and process driven with a strong commercial understanding;
  • Strong time management and prioritisation skills;
  • Able to work under pressure and to tight deadlines, 
  • Is professional, courteous and calm under pressure;
  • Able to manage and communicate with other team members to successfully deliver and exceed their expectations;
  • Knowledge of Microsoft office is strongly preferred
