Job Description

Position Overview:



Reporting directly to the Sales Operations Manager, this role would suit a detail oriented and proactive individual seeking to learn from an experienced team to progress their career in Sales Operations. The successful candidate will work alongside and support an experienced and high performing Sales Department.



Responsibilities/Job Duties:

•Support Regional Sales Managers (RSM) in pursuit of customer opportunities, routine customer support activities, and logistics (e.g. Contacts/Prospects/Deals/Proposals)•Generate proposals / contracts using company standards and as per RSM advised terms •Record commercial/service and MSA contracts archives via CRM •Maintain Sales Operations protocol per company standards •Compile monthly customer reports for RSM: Fleet, MA, Runtime •Complete monthly review of contract terms for credits offers •Collaborate with RSM and Accounting Department to resolve any AR discrepancies •Offer creative ideas to improve sales/order to cash processes •Performs other duties as assigned





Qualifications:

•Bachelor’s degree preferred in Business, Sales or related discipline •Strong organizational and planning skills, managing to multiple deadlines •Self-motivated work style with the ability to manage multiple assignments with changing and sometimes competing priorities •Good analytical skills; good written and verbal communication skills •Detail-oriented, self-driven individual who enjoys working in a team environment •Ability to establish priorities, work independently, with minimal supervision •Knowledge of CRM systems, HubSpot or NetSuite preferred •Proficiency with Microsoft Office with a solid working knowledge in Excel •Previous experience in a support role with a minimum of 2 years of office experience



Physical Requirements:

• Ability to stand, sit and/or walk on a hard surface as well as safely bend, stoop, reach, climb

steps, and use ladder for long periods of time daily

• Lift up to 25 pounds as needed

• Vision required: 20/40 with or without corrective lenses to accurately read all related

distribution documents

• Ability to communicate verbally using a telephone
