Purpose of the role:

Lead the Zone’s HCP omnichannel strategy and in-markets execution. Ensure scalable, insight-driven HCP engagement across digital and F2F channels, optimising reach, and driving ROI through compliant data.

Key responsibilities: 

  • Drive zone and country omnichannel plans and execution, including digital (media), F2F and events, integrating omnichannel with field force journeys.

  • Nurture HCP understanding and insights collection to build informed HCP omnichannel journeys

  • Build Zone dashboards to track channel performance & ROI.

  • Guide channel investment and ensure compliance with channel best practices.

  • Drive adoption of 1P data collection, consent capture, CRM tagging.

  • Lead and develop the Zone HCP team, fostering high performance, clarity of roles, and cross-market collaboration.

  • Contributing to CEE Culture and Transformation agendas

Requirements:

  • 5 years in digital/omnichannel healthcare roles.

  • Leadership role experience.

  • Degree in marketing, digital, or business.

  • Proven record in building performance dashboards & ROI cases.

  • Deep understanding of HCP omnichannel engagement & data strategy.

  • Fluent English and one of CEE language

  • Strategic and creative mindset with a problem-solving approach.

  • Strong collaboration skills and ability to influence cross-functional partners.

  • Experience in shaping and building organizational culture — promoting collaboration, accountability, and a growth mindset across markets.
