Join a global company with international exposure as an Activity Leader for the summer months, where you'll guide and support international students aged 13 - 16 through exciting activities across the Maltese Islands. If you're passionate about travel, education and creating unforgettable experiences, this dynamic role offers the perfect opportunity to help students make the most of their time while ensuring their stay is memorable and fun.

 

What You'll Do:

- Lead and supervise groups of students aged 13 - 16 on activities like beach days, excursions, parties and sports nights.
- Ensure students' safety and well-being, handling emergencies when needed.
- Create a fun, engaging atmosphere, encouraging students to make the most of their time on the island.
- Act as a mentor and support system, ensuring students feel comfortable during their stay.
- Keeping your students up to date with information, changes and anything important. 
- Work a 6-day week, with new experiences everyday. 

 

Who You Are:

- Enthusiastic, organized, and a natural leader.
- Confident communicator, able to connect with and manage international student groups.
- Flexible, able to adapt to different activities and schedules. 
- Calm and efficient under pressure.
- Proficient in English (C2 level preferred); first aid training and experience with kids/teens are a plus.
- Legally eligible to work in Malta (Maltese/EU passport)
- Available to work between June and August 2026, with contracts of varying lengths. All contracts are on a full-time basis and include evenings and weekends.
- Training will be at the start of June or July, depending on your start date. You need to be available for the 2-day training and shadowing before your start date.

 

Details:

- Duration: varying lengths of contracts between the months of June and August. Latest start date possible is the 1st of July.
- Schedule: Full-time, 6-day work weeks on shift bases, including evenings and weekends.
- Safeguarding: All roles are subject to police conduct checks and character reference checks. 
- Eligibility: Must legally be able to work in Malta with a Maltese or EU passport. Has a high level of English. Must be available for training dates before start date.
