Job Description

To provide in field support to the sales team to ensure continued sales growth and maintain ongoing contact with established customers to ensure total satisfaction with ConMed equipment in use at the hospital.

Sales Support

  • Surgical case attendance
  • Co-ordinate equipment and consumables from existing rental or consignment stock
  • Set-up equipment if required
  • Provide technical assistance as required
  • Retrieve any loan equipment
  • Return stock
  • Consignment management
  • All relevant equipment is available, correctly installed

Provide assistance to Customers

  • Identify and pass on potential sales opportunities
  • Count consumable/ consignment stock as requested
  • Conduct in-service sessions at hospitals as required
  • Sales opportunity growth
  • Consignments are managed
  • Customers are knowledgeable in the use of our equipment

Support general business

  • Provide support to the general business as required
  • Contribute to helping other team members
  • Assist sales roles when people are on leave
  • Reports and information request are completed in a timely manner and are accurate.
  • Good relationship with team

Team Participation

  • Contribute to helping other team members
  • Assist all roles when people are on leave
