We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Respiratory Therapist (CRT/RRT) to join our healthcare team on a full-time basis during the day shift. Key Responsibilities:

- Assess, monitor, and treat patients with respiratory conditions in accordance with physician orders and established protocols

- Administer respiratory therapies, including oxygen therapy, aerosol treatments, and mechanical ventilation

- Perform diagnostic tests such as arterial blood gases and pulmonary function tests

- Educate patients and their families on respiratory health and treatment plans

- Maintain accurate documentation of patient care activities and treatment outcomes

- Ensure the proper operation and maintenance of respiratory equipment

- Collaborate with healthcare team members to develop and implement individualized care plans

Requirements

Skills and Qualifications:

- Current state licensure as a Certified Respiratory Therapist (CRT) or Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT)

- Proven experience in a hospital or clinical setting preferred

- Strong knowledge of respiratory therapy procedures and equipment

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

- Ability to work effectively as part of a multidisciplinary team

- Flexibility to workday shifts on a full-time basis
