As a Leader, you will prepare workstations, cooking ingredients, and kitchen equipment for cooking, ensuring our customers are delighted with delicious food from our menu.

Main Responsibilities:

• Preparing workstations, cooking ingredients, and kitchen equipment for cooking.
• Cooking and arranging food.
• Maintaining a sanitized and well-organized kitchen.
• Checking the quality of ingredients and managing food storage.
• Arranging food for appealing presentation.
• Train Team
• Hold Team to standards
• Own the back of house team and environment
• Oversee catering orders
• Hire Team Members
• Evaluate Team Members
• Oversee Labor, Food, and Equipment costs
• Take full ownership of BOH

Job Requirements:

• Prior experience with Chick-fil-A is highly recommended.
• Skilled in operating kitchen equipment and various cooking techniques.
• Knowledge of and adherence to food safety procedures.
• Strong teamwork, communication, and organizational skills.
• Ability to multitask, act quickly, and hold at least a high school diploma.
• Be able to use word documents
• Must have flexible schedule
• Must be comfortable with technology
• Must be able to work Friday and Saturdays both AM & PM shifts
• Be able to lift items over 40lbs
• be able to stand on feet for long periods of time
• Be able to work all positions such as machines, breading, specials, fries, prep, etc.
• Bilingual is highly encouraged
