Responsibilities and Duties:

• Works with Sales team to outline and implement service commitments in the Business Strategies. 
• Help to develop service schedules in conjunction with Manager.
• Help to define the ongoing service manpower needs for market.
• Works with Manager to Ensures his testing equipment is in good working order and properly calibrated.
• Helps establish annual budget for new equipment and manpower requirements. 
• Help to provide investigative support for claims.

Knowledge and Skills: 

Education:   

• Bachelor degree with technical engineering background 

Experience:

• Minimum of four years experience in a technical discipline. 

• Good communication and leadership skills and functionality with the English language are required
• Candidate should have experience in manufacture specification management and ERP systems and be detail oriented
• PMC product experience is preferred
