Responsibilities and Duties:
- Works with Sales team to outline and implement service commitments in the Business Strategies.
- Help to develop service schedules in conjunction with Manager.
- Help to define the ongoing service manpower needs for market.
- Works with Manager to Ensures his testing equipment is in good working order and properly calibrated.
- Helps establish annual budget for new equipment and manpower requirements.
- Help to provide investigative support for claims.
Knowledge and Skills:
Education:
- Bachelor degree with technical engineering background
Experience:
- Minimum of four years experience in a technical discipline.
- Good communication and leadership skills and functionality with the English language are required
- Candidate should have experience in manufacture specification management and ERP systems and be detail oriented
- PMC product experience is preferred
