Nucar Parts Warehouse of Norwood is seeking a reliable and organized Part-Time Wholesale Parts Receptionist to support our busy parts department. If you are detail-oriented, comfortable handling high call volumes, and thrive in a fast-paced environment, we'd like to hear from you.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle overflow inbound calls for the wholesale parts department
- Take customer orders, detailed messages, or route calls to the appropriate salesperson
- Assist customers with order status updates and provide ETAs when available
- Accurately distribute messages and order details to sales staff in a timely manner
- Follow up to ensure all customer requests, orders, and messages are completed
- Support the sales team with general order flow and communication
- Assist with closing invoices and basic parts processing tasks
- Help with reporting and complete tasks assigned by management
- Jump in where needed to support overall parts department operations

- Strong phone presence and communication skills
- Organized and able to multitask
- Follows through and doesn't let things drop
- Can handle a fast-paced, high call volume environment
- Team player with a proactive, "pitch-in" attitude
- Basic computer skills
