About the Role
As our Digital Marketing Manager, you'll be at the heart of digital marketing strategy and execution in APAC —bringing campaigns to life across multiple channels (web, email, social media, events), and ensuring every touchpoint is impactful, compliant, and on-brand. You'll work closely with Business Unit Marketing teams and collaborate with APAC and across regions to deliver seamless, optimised digital experiences that drive real business outcomes.
This is a role for someone who is equally comfortable in the detail of campaign execution and the bigger picture of audience engagement strategy — someone who brings both technical know-how and a strategic eye to everything they do. You will play a key role in developing and delivering regional campaigns, with exposure to global initiatives, contributing directly to the strength and consistency of our brand’s digital presence.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan, build, and execute multi-stage campaigns, automated journeys, and always-on workflows
- Execute paid media activities across regional channels (paid social, paid search, and trade media) in collaboration with the central advertising manager and in alignment with global guidelines
- Build and maintain templates for email and social channels, applying tagging and formatting standards to ensure publishing-ready quality
- Manage audience segmentation, email lists, and targeting logic to enable accurate, optimised, and personalised delivery
- Adapt provided content into channel-ready formats that meet platform, brand, and compliance standards across all markets
- Advise on campaign design and channel fit during planning, including timing, feasibility, and sequencing in collaboration with BU Marketing
- Act as subject matter expert for regional and central platforms including LinkedIn,Hootsuite, and WeChat (China), sharing feedback on workflows and usability
- Coordinate channel calendars with BU Marketing, Americas and EMEAS marketing services team, to avoid conflicts, ensure timely delivery, and maintain editorial alignment
- Monitor campaign performance and deliverability, testing and optimising based on engagement insights and data analysis
- Apply a data-driven approach leveraging automation, behavioural science, and AI tools tocontinuously improve audience engagement and campaign effectiveness
- Support lead management frameworks, including lead capture, routing, and visibility withincampaign execution
- Lead asset creation by developing clear creative briefs and coordinating execution with internal production teams or external partners across digital ( video, graphics, animation etc..) assets for external audience engagement
- Share executional insights and best practices with peers across regions and actively participate in digital forums and cross-regional collaboration

You take ownership and communicate with confidence, manage multiple priorities with ease, and are always looking for smarter, more effective ways to execute.
We Are Looking for Candidates Who Meet These Requirements:
- 5+ years of hands-on experience in B2B digital marketing within regional or global teams, with a strong track record of executing multi-stage campaigns (newsletters, segmentation, and automation workflows)
- Good understanding and experience working with customer segmentation and ideal customer profiles meeting KPIs.
- Proficiency with marketing automation platforms (e.g. Marketo, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, equivalent) to execute campaigns, manage workflows, and report on performance
- Experience working with social media platforms (LinkedIn) and scheduling and publishing platforms such as Hootsuite or equivalent
- Strong understanding of data privacy, compliance, and consent-based marketing practices, with the ability to apply these consistently across all regional activities
- Proven experience managing multi-channel workflows including email, social, and web, with knowledge of lead scoring, routing, and alignment with lead management processes
- Fluency in English, with Mandarin language skills required for managing WeChat responsibilities
These Are Additional Nice to Haves:
- Familiarity with paid media formats and advertising workflows across platforms such as LinkedIn, WeChat, and regional trade media
- Ability to interpret campaign data and generate actionable insights to improve targeting, sequencing, and funnel conversion
- Knowledge of behavioural science principles and AI-powered tools applied to marketing execution and audience engagement
- Experience developing video creative briefs and managing video production workflows with internal teams or external agencies
- A Bachelor's degree (or equivalent) in Marketing, Communications, or a related field
- Experience collaborating with cross-functional stakeholders across Brand, Communications, and Business Unit Marketing teams in a matrixed organisation
