GroundIQ provides a faster, more targeted, and sustainable approach to subsurface mapping and modeling. By combining advanced ground imaging with targeted geotechnical observations, it reduces the need for extensive site investigations while delivering high-quality subsurface intelligence.
Currently in early market maturity for land infrastructure clients, the ambition is to expand globally and achieve revenues exceeding €100 million by 2026, supported by Fugro leadership and scale-up agility.
The Role
Multiple Sales Managers are being hired across Europe to accelerate GroundIQ’s growth. Roles will focus on:
- AEC firms, embedding subsurface intelligence into design and construction workflows
- TSO/government clients. An extensive knowledge and contact base from this sector is essential to the success of this role
- Asset owners within high-growth infrastructure sectors such as energy generation and data centers
Sales Managers will shape regional sales strategies, expand market presence, and tailor value propositions to client needs. This role includes 30–50% regional travel.
