Summary
Performs standard noncomplex construction, assembly, testing and debugging of electronic equipment.
Job Duties
Lays out, fabricates, and assembles electronic components following predetermined methods and criteria.
Adjusts, repairs, and modifies system, working from blueprints, sketches, drawings, and diagrams.
Repairs and/or replaces malfunctioning units as directed.
Sets up and operates standard electronic testing equipment.
Uses hand power tools and hand tools and simple machine power tools to fabricate electronic components.
Performs related job duties as required.
Requirements and skills
Proven experience as an Electronic Technician or in a similar role
Hands-on experience with equipment and machinery
Strong communication and computational skills
