    The Opportunity  

    Responsible for supporting the planning, coordination, and execution of marketing strategies.

     

    A day in the life... 

    • Supports the planning and execution of marketing strategies aligned with commercial and brand objectives.
    • Manages and updates social media, website, and digital content according to the established work plan and in collaboration with other departments.
    • Coordinates promotional materials and ensures compliance with established regulations.
    • Coordinates the work plan with advertising agencies and monitors performance.
    • Prepares the weekly work plan and social media posts.
    • Designs graphic content for social media aligned with the department's objectives.
    • Monitors campaign metrics and prepares result reports.
    • Serves as a linkbetween internal teams, suppliers, and agencies to coordinate and follow up on initiatives and work plans.
    • Coordinates and manages corporate sponsorships, including reviewing requests, handling payments, and managing promotional materials.
    • Supports the logistics of events and marketing initiatives, including preparation of materials, coordination with suppliers, and follow-up.

     

    What you will need for success  

    • Bachelor's Degree completed with a concentration in Marketing, advertising, communications, or related areas
    • Minimum of 2 years of experience in marketing, preferably in the financial or insurance sector.
    • Knowledge in digital marketing (social media, email marketing, paid campaigns).
    • Proficiency in tools such as Meta Ads, Google Ads, Canva, Microsoft Office 365 and Google Analytics.
    • Billingual: English and Spanish (Verbal & written) Preferably

     

    Competencies Required

    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
    • Strong skills in writing and developing content for marketing materials, advertising, and institutional communications.
    • Extensive ability to identify errors, omissions, and opportunities; as well as a strong inclination to work with details
    • Service-oriented with the ability to handle sensitive inquiries.
    • Ability to work in a team and with little supervision.
    • Skills in reading and analyzing complex documents in both English and Spanish.
    • Ability to develop and deliver presentations to employees and senior management.

     

    Physical Demands 

    • Ability to stay in stationary positions for 90% of the time (sitting, and/or standing).
    • Ability to move frequently around the office to access files, electronic equipment and serve the public. 
    • Ability to perform slight movements (Loads of 10 pounds or less, pushing).
    • Maintains constant communication with customers and employees and is able to exchange accurate information. (Written and Oral).
    • Maintains constant eye contact 20 inches or less away for more than 6 hours a day when working on a computer 90% of the time. Ability to visually process writing and other materials.
    • It constantly works indoors and under air conditioning in regulated temperature. 
    • Ability to handle small electronic equipment (fax, computer, telephone).
