    Position Purpose
    Chichester Central School is seeking a dynamic and student-centered Middle School Science Teacher to support student growth in both academic and interpersonal skills. The successful candidate will deliver engaging, standards-aligned instruction while fostering a safe, inclusive, and supportive learning environment.

    Responsibilities

    • Plan and deliver science instruction aligned with district curriculum and NH standards
    • Create a positive classroom environment that supports diverse learners
    • Use a variety of instructional strategies, including differentiated and small-group instruction
    • Assess student progress regularly and adjust instruction to meet individual needs
    • Maintain accurate records of student performance and attendance
    • Communicate effectively with students, families, and colleagues
    • Collaborate with team members to support curriculum development and student success
    • Uphold school expectations for student behavior and citizenship
    • Participate in professional development, team meetings, and school initiatives

    Qualifications

    • NH certification ( K�8, or appropriate middle school endorsement) or Statement of Eligibility
    • Bachelor's degree in education or related field
