Job Description

Assures legal compliance on maintenance works. Drives “Run to standard” culture and assures the teams to work to it (Safety, Quality, CL, CILs, SAP-PM/MM etc.). Contributes to define the Maintenance Roadmap based on the Site Strategy. Drives behavior to bring back to basic standard condition and defining basic standard condition.

Main accountabilities and responsibilities (including I Care) 

  • An Employee with uncompromised commitment to our I Care journey which ensures a safe, healthy and sustainable work environment. 

  • Owns planned and unplanned maintenance interventions and processes. 

  • Vision of 0 stops philosophy, minimize unplanned stops using the Best-Practices (BPs) in an efficient way + suggesting new BPs 

  • Establishes maintenance meetings to plan all maintenance related activities (Planning and Scheduling), incl. safety briefing 

  • Coaches and trains Organization in all behaviours and tools in terms of Maintenance 

  • Owns the maintenance management systems (incl. Technical Database, SAP etc.) 

  • Owns the process of breakdown elimination (OPA / OPL work) and develops strategy for Breakdown elimination and cost reduction 

  • Owns the quality standards for maintenance and their efficiency and owns Maintenance KPIs (e.g. budget, Defect trend)

  • Owns 5-year repair plan of the assets in area of responsibility: maintenance investments, sustainability plan 

  • Is a role model and accountable for performance & consequence management, coaching and education within their department. 

Experience and qualification requirements 

  • A Bachelor’s or Master´s degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering or a related field is preferred.

  • Years of experience in this area > 1 year  

  • Leadership experience preferred
