Location: Poland - Multiple Base Locations (Skwierzyna, Powidz, Bolesławiec, Żagań, Toruń, Poznań, Redzikowo, Świętoszów)
ECC is seeking a Quality Control Manager for upcoming work across Poland under a recently awarded IDIQ MATOC contract with the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers (USACE). The Quality Control Manager must manage the Contractor Quality Control program and organization for the assigned project to assure compliance with the site-specific Quality Control Plan and contract requirements.
Experience in fuels work is desired but not required.
Requirements:
- Fluent in both Polish and English (written and spoken).
- Ability and willingness to work full-time on-site in Poland to project sites as required.
- Strong communication, documentation, and leadership skills.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and general construction tools/software.
- Five (5) years of work experience in a position directly related to construction with two (2) years of experience as a Quality Control Manager
- Education: A Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Architecture, Construction Management, Engineering Technology, Building Construction, or Building Science. Equivalent combination of education and experience may be substituted for this requirement under certain circumstances.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Prior experience with DoD, USACE, or NATO projects.
