About the Role

Fleet Farm is seeking Corporate Interns dedicated to Human Resources, Legal, or Merchandising. The Corporate Intern will gain hands on experience within a fast-paced retail corporate environment. This role is designed to provide exposure to key business functions, strategic initiatives, and day to day operations that support our retail stores and customers. The intern will contribute to meaningful projects, collaborate cross-functionally, and develop professional skills essential for a successful career in retail or corporate business.

This is a 10 week program starting on June 1. 

What You’ll Do

  • Support department specific projects and initiatives aligned with company goals
  • Analyze data and generate insights to support business decisions
  • Assist with reporting, presentations, and documentation
  • Collaborate with cross functional teams including stores, distribution, and corporate departments
  • Participate in meetings, brainstorming sessions, and project planning
  • Conduct research on industry trends, competitors, and best practices
  • Provide administrative and operational support as needed
  • Present a final project or summary of key learnings to leadership at the end of the internship

What You Bring

  • Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Retail Management, Marketing, Finance, Human Resources, or a related field
  • Strong academic performance preferred
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
  • Strong analytical and organizational skills
  • Effective written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and in a team environment
  • Eagerness to learn and take initiative
