Key Responsabilities
- Prepare the workstation and ensure all tools are ready.
- Mix and prepare bonding agents according to specifications.
- Monitor bonding agent quality and record results accurately.
- Apply bonding agent to washers manually or using the Walther Trowal Machine.
- Transfer treated washers to the next production station on time.
- Safely move waste chemicals to designated chemical waste storage.
- Maintain cleanliness and order in the work area (housekeeping).
