Essential Duties:
Create and Update Work Instructions: Document current and new processes in work instruction format efficiently and accurately.
Project Work: With efficiency and attention to detail, project work will be specified. This could include internet research, spreadsheet development, plant layout and organization, safety evaluations, etc.
Education / Experience:
Student at 4-year university: Junior level or higher in an engineering degree program, preferable industrial engineering. Previous manufacturing experience a plus but not necessary. Major: Industrial, Mechanical or Manufacturing field of study

Technical Skills: Technical writing ability. Ability to use Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint. AutoCAD and Microsoft Access experience is a plus. Ability to work independently with little supervision. Good communication and inter-personal skills.
Physical Requirements
- Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
- Must be able to lift 50 pounds at times.
