Manager Global HR Analytics

What are your main tasks?
- Responsibilities:
HR Analytics
Develop reports and dashboards that provide insights into key HR metrics, talent trends, and performance indicators, supporting data-driven decision-making and strategic planning initiatives. Continuously improve reporting processes and tools
Create and adapt HR Queries and any Query where workforce related KPIs are involved
Prepare and provide data for annual Workforce Planning and support the whole planning process in close collaboration with our IT, local HRM and Controlling Teams
Close collaboration with the Controlling Function regarding headcount and personnel costs reports, analysis and forecasting as well as system set-up and structural decisions.
Create ad-hoc reports and advanced reports based on management needs
Data Collection, Processing & Integration
Identify opportunities to automate data collection and simplify analyses for improvement in overall functional and operational efficiency
Collaborate with IT to ensure that HR data can be processed within systems (interfaces). Manage integrations between different HR systems, ensuring seamless data flow, and compatibility
Support the development of the HR Systems landscape based on HR data requirements and process needs
Global Project Management
Project management (end-to-end) incl. stakeholder management, ensuring delivery within scope and budget
What are your qualifications?
- Qualifications:
Strong proficiency / Professional experience with HRIS systems, data management and analytics tools.
Excellent SAP (PA, PT, PY, OM), Business Warehouse, and Query Designer skills
Competency in a relevant HR Cloud solution
Professional HR Management (Core Processes) experience
Excellent analytical and problem-solving capabilities
Project Management skills
MS-Office expertise
