Key Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and maintain pricing strategies to optimize revenue for 150 units (90 vacation rentals and 60 hotel rooms across 6 boutique hotels).
• Utilize revenue management systems (specifically PriceLabs), property management systems, and OTA portals to inform strategic decisions.
• Analyze booking patterns, market trends, competitor pricing, and demand forecasts to adjust strategies daily.
• Track and report on key performance indicators including RevPAR, ADR, occupancy rates, and booking windows.
• Maintain rate parity and pricing integrity across all distribution channels (Airbnb, Vrbo, Booking.com, Expedia, and direct sites).
• Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, and Operations teams to maximize revenue opportunities and provide data when requested.

Remote Customer Service Representative (Subcontractor) Key Skills:

• Strong analytical skills and proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets.
• Effective verbal and written communication abilities.
• Basic computer skills and knowledge.
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
• Fluent in speaking and writing in English language is a requirement.

Remote Customer Service Representative (Subcontractor) Minimum Qualifications:

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Prior experience with vacation rental pricing software, preferably PriceLabs (two years prior experience).
• Must have and maintain the use of a secure WiFi connection.
• Must have and maintain the use of a computer.
• Ability to work remotely and maintain productivity while meeting desired metrics as assigned by supervisor. 
• Physical Requirement: Ability to sit for up to 8 hours per day with breaks.

Employment Type: Subcontractor, 40 hours per week; 1952 Hours per year contract

• 9 am to 5:00 pm (CST), five days per week (Monday - Friday)
• Paid weekly
• 20,000-30,000 MX monthly
• Ability to work in any Mexico state.
