Role Summary
The role involves administrative support of logistics operations, including tracking and organizing shipments, communicating with purchasers and forwarders, and working with internal systems. It also includes preparing reports, handling ad hoc tasks, and collaborating with colleagues across departments in air and truck logistics.Key Responsibilities
Administration
Discuss the actual shipment with the purchasers/ forwarders
Checking the previous day arrivals
Tracking the new shipments
Cargo organization
Managing the shipments in Cello/ FIS
Using internal systems
Checking emails
Ad hoc tasks which are defined by direct leader and colleagues who is responsible fo Air and Truck logistics
Preparing statistical reports, ad-hoc reports
Requirements
- Computer skills (MS Office)
- 1-3 years relevant experiences
- Flexible, good problem-solving ability,
- Good communication skills in English (both written and oral),
- Independent and precise work
