This new role focuses on building strong, long‑term partnerships with our customers in Morocco and the wider North Africa region. Reporting directly to the Sales Manager, Energy & Infrastructure North Africa, you will have the opportunity to collaborate with inspiring colleagues in a dynamic and fast‑moving environment.
As a technical and commercial support, you will play a central role in identifying growth opportunities while ensuring high customer satisfaction through rapid response and dedicated service.

- Deliver after‑sales technical support. Provide fast, reliable on‑site support to customers, solving technical issues and ensuring the painting process meets specifications.
- Improve customer operations. Identify ways to optimize customers’ equipment, processes, stock control, and forecasting so they can work more efficiently and increase their use of Hempel products.
- Provide support across internal teams. Work closely with Sales, Customer Service, Production, and Logistics to support customer projects and ensure smooth execution in the field.
- Conduct inspections and reporting. Carry out on‑site testing, quality checks, and prepare inspection reports, documenting any non‑conformities to protect Hempel and reduce risks.
- Build strong customer relationships. Support customers with training, handle questions and complaints, share insights with the commercial team, and help identify new opportunities to grow business.

- Proven experience in Technical Coating Advisory.
- Strong ability to engage commercial customers with a customer‑centric approach.
- Excellent communication and problem‑solving skills.
- Ability to work closely with the sales team and manage priorities effectively.
- Proficiency in Microsoft tools, including Office applications.
- Willingness to travel when required.
- Proficiency in English and Arabic, both written and spoken.
