As the ULM Water Supervisor, you will: assist the Assistant Director of Public Works – Utilities and the Director of Public Works in preparing and maintaining water budgets. Recommend and assist in the implementation of goals, objectives, policies and procedures necessary to establish schedules and methods for effective operations. Prioritize and assign work orders to Crew Leaders to perform preventative maintenance, upgrades, and repairs of the water operations. Participate in water maintenance activities by providing technical expertise and occasionally operating vehicles and equipment.

What You’ll Bring
- High school diploma or general education diploma (GED) required.
- Five (5) years water, sewer, and heavy equipment operation experience, two (2) years of which is in a lead or supervisory role, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Must possess a TCEQ Class C Water Distribution License at the time of hire and ability to obtain Class B Distribution License within 2 years of hire date.
- Must pass a pre-employment drug screen, criminal background investigation and MVR check.
- Must possess valid class C driver’s license.
