**This position will be physically located in Marshall Islands in support of LOGCAP**

Under supervision of the DFAC Supervisor, the Cashier processes all cash transactions accurately and efficiently IAW established policies and procedures along with maintaining an accurate count of all individuals dining.
Responsibilities

- Processes all cash transactions accurately and efficiently IAW established policies and procedures along with maintaining an accurate count of all individuals using the facilities.
- Greets customers when entering or leaving our establishment, counting personnel and identifying personnel through Government ID cards.
- Maintains a clean and tidy checkout area.
- Follows all policies and procedures to properly maintain checkout operations.
- Counts the register at the beginning and end of shift.
- Can stand for several hours a day.
- Perform other duties assigned.
Qualifications
- Minimum Qualifications: Education/Certifications: One-year related experience may be substituted for one year of education, if degree is required.
- High school diploma or equivalent. Must provide a copy of the diploma..
- Capable of effectively communicating technical information in English, both written and verbally.
- Experience:
- Minimum of two (2) years previous customer service/cashier experience.
- Skills:
- Prioritize responsibilities to handle a demanding workload
- Ability to work under pressure
- Communicates effectively with team members and senior leadership.
- Can stand for several hours a day.
- Demonstrated math aptitude, including cash handling.
- Working Conditions:
- Must be capable of working in various weather conditions.
