Job Description

Job Purpose

The Project Operations Coordinator plays a key role in managing and supporting the administrative and operational

activities associated with PS Project bookings, onboarding, compliance, and reporting. This position is responsible for

ensuring accurate intake and verification of bookings, processing documentation for delivery partners, supporting

billing processes, ensuring monthly compliance to enable timely revenue recognition, and maintaining comprehensive

reporting schedules. This position will interact with sales, vendors, project managers, and departmental leadership in

a professional capacity.


Responsibilities

1. Complete booking intake verification and create projects for new bookings.

2. Create Purchase Orders for Delivery Partners to facilitate project execution.

3. Track invoices for partner-delivered projects to ensure timely cashflow.

4. Create weekly compliance reports and manage resolution of exceptions, including project hygiene, time

tracking, and billing discrepancies.

5. Support resolution of billing discrepancies for clients.

6. Manage new vendor onboarding processes, ensuring all documentation and system requirements are met.

7. Support monthly pre-billing requirements, including time sheet reconciliation, completeness checks,

Salesforce submissions, compliance reporting, and follow-ups.

8. Prepare and deliver weekly, monthly, and quarterly operational reports as required.


Qualifications, Skills, Experience

1. Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field.

2. 2-4 Years in Business Operations or Order to Cash Operations support roles.

3. Proficiency with business systems and platforms such as Microsoft Office and Salesforce.

4. Advanced Microsoft Excel skills including formulas and building reports and models

5. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

6. Excellent English communication and interpersonal skills with ability to work collaboratively across

departments and with external partners.
