Job Responsibilities:
- Track and complete work orders on occupied and vacant apartments, and amenities.
- Perform timely repairs including electrical, plumbing, HVAC (if licensed), carpentry, sheet rocking, painting, lighting, etc.
- Preparing apartments for tour/new resident move ins by conducting lock changes, move-out inspections, trash out, punch out, scheduling vendors where necessary.
- Assist with property inspections such as semi-annual, fire safety, pest control, etc.
- Keep records stock and inventory of maintenance supplies and submit orders when materials are needed.
- Keep tools, supplies and work area clean and functioning properly.
- Complete any additional projects as requested under the direction of the Property manager.
- Must have reliable transportation.
- Must pass a background check.
