Project Manager – Concrete Construction

Reports To: Process Control Manager
Classification: Full-Time, Exempt
Location: Works in our Canal Fulton, OH office

Position Summary

Lindsay Precast is seeking a skilled Project Manager to lead concrete construction projects. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in civil or concrete contracting and a passion for delivering successful projects on time and within budget.

Key Responsibilities

Project Leadership & Execution

• Provide overall leadership for concrete projects, including planning, scheduling, budgeting, and execution

Communication & Coordination

• Effectively communicate with team members, subcontractors, and clients
• Coordinate with estimating, field leadership, and subcontractors

Safety & Quality

• Ensure adherence to safety protocols and identify areas for improvement
• Deliver high-quality construction projects that meet client expectations

Planning & Scheduling

• Develop and maintain project schedules
• Support strategic planning initiatives and ensure compliance with the strategic plan

Change & Risk Management

• Manage change orders and document changes
• Identify and mitigate project risks

Documentation

• Ensure that all project documentation is organized and complete

Compensation

Base Salary Range: Based on experience

Bonus Program: Annual bonus based on performance metrics
