Job Description

Role Overview

We are looking for a Group Controller to strengthen our Group Finance team.

The role focuses on group consolidation, financial reporting, and performance analysis in an international, multi-entity environment. You will work closely with the Head of Controlling, gaining strong exposure to group-level topics and progressively taking ownership of reporting and consolidation activities.

This position is designed for a high-potential candidate willing to grow into a senior group controlling role over time.

Key Responsibilities

• Monthly group closing and consolidation
• Support group management reporting and variance analysis
• Budgeting and forecasting support
• Accuracy, consistency, and timeliness of group reporting
• Point of contact for local finance teams
• Compliance with group controlling standards
• Follow-up on reporting timelines and deliverables
• Resolution of reporting issues with senior stakeholders

Experience & Background

• Master’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or equivalent
• 4–7 years of experience in controlling or financial activities within companies
• Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Excel
• Exposure to AI Tools and Data Automation is a plus
• Knowledge of ERP and BI tools is a plus
• Fluent English – Working Language
• Additional languages are a plus
