Position Summary:
Designed and enhanced learning and development programs—including new hire training, career pathing, leadership development, and workforce planning—to align with organizational strategy.
Essential Functions:
· Develop, manage, and execute Quanta’s Talent Development Strategy, including new hire training, leadership development, career pathing, and workforce planning, ensuring all programs are consistently implemented, tracked, and documented.
· Serve as a trusted partner to operations, support functions, and learning teams to maintain high standards of safety, quality, productivity, and overall employee experience.
· Research, design, and facilitate training programs for all organizational levels to build a skilled workforce and strengthen the leadership pipeline.
· Collaborate with Production Managers and Supervisors to identify, develop, and support an effective team of Training Associates.
· Analyze training data and partner with Production, Safety, and HR teams to identify organizational gaps and opportunities for improvement.
· Develop new training programs and recommend enhancements to existing initiatives, lead implementation of improved training solutions.
· Ensure all training documentation remains accurate, compliant, and up to date.
· Stay current on industry best practices in training and development, incorporating relevant updates into materials and delivery methods.
· Partner with supervisors, managers, and staff to ensure training plans are sustained and reinforced after implementation.
· Perform other related duties as assigned.
Education and Experience:
· Bachelor’s degree in Organizational Development, HR, Education or related field.
· Minimum (3) years’ experience in L&D in a manufacturing environment.
· Strong, enthusiastic presentation skills (both in-person and virtually).
· Experience with e-learning development tools.
· Training certification (CPTM, CPTD, CDTP, etc.).
· Proficient in Microsoft Office products.
· Experience with training modules on UKG/Kronos is strongly preferred.

· Demonstrated ability to work effectively within diverse teams and navigate ambiguous or evolving situations.
· Capable of delivering high-quality work under tight deadlines, even when priorities shift.
· Exceptional interpersonal skills, including the ability to communicate with tact, diplomacy, and professionalism.
Physical Demands
· Must be able to perform all physical requirements of the role, with or without reasonable accommodation.
· Ability to speak, read, and write in English; bilingual proficiency in Spanish is preferred.
· Must have adequate hearing to understand speech and other sounds.
· Visual clarity required, including the ability to distinguish colors.
· Ability to remain in a stationary position for extended periods.
· Occasionally required to lift or move items up to 30 pounds.
· Ability to work in both office and manufacturing environments, including exposure to varying temperatures and moderate to loud noise levels.
· Ability to travel between buildings within a 10-mile radius.
