Federated Co-ops, Inc. is looking to hire a Business Team Support Specialist to work out of our Princeton Main Office. As the Business Team Support Specialist, you will work with the finance and accounting team to service our patrons and vendors. This key position will provide business support to our finance, A/P and A/R team, working with customers and vendors to proactively ensure accurate and timely processing. The position will support our finance and accounting team while working with external vendors and organizations to ensure smooth business operations.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities of the Business Team Support Specialist include the following. Other duties may be assigned.
- Perform support within several departments including entry and support of accounts payable and accounts receivable.
- Support, follow-up needed for Bank reconciliation
- Update customer data in Federated ERP system
- Support general customer calls, inquiries and support requests
- Processing patron payments
- Assisting with purchasing duties
- Working with e-commerce and partner business accounts
- Maintenance of patron and vendor database and files
- Traveling to the bank & post office
- Backup front office operations and other business site locations during seasonal busy times.
