School Counselor

Qualifications:

• Must possess a State of Michigan Teaching Certificate with a K-12 NT Endorsement
• Must have a Masters in Guidance and Counseling
• Three to five years teaching experience preferred
• Strong organizational skills a must
• Must be flexible and adaptable
• Must be a team player
• Knowledge of post-secondary opportunities
• Strong interpersonal skills
• Comfortable in front of classroom, one-on-one, with colleagues and parents
• Must enjoy working with kids in and out of the office
• Must be skilled in conflict resolution
