About The Role
This isn’t a sit back and wait for enquiries role. We’re looking for someone commercially driven, highly organised and confident building relationships, driving bookings and making things happen.
As Sales Manager for BrewDog Dublin, you’ll take ownership of driving pre-booked sales across one of Dublin’s most exciting and high-capacity craft beer venues. From corporate events and private hire through to celebrations, experiences and large-scale group bookings, you’ll play a huge part in maximising occupancy, driving revenue and building the venue’s presence within the local events and corporate market.
In this role you’ll:
• Own and manage the day-to-day sales pipeline for BrewDog Dublin
• Convert inbound enquiries quickly and effectively into confirmed bookings
• Proactively build outbound opportunities with corporate clients, agencies and local businesses
• Drive revenue across private hire, group bookings, celebrations and BrewDog experiences
• Work closely with Operations teams to ensure events are delivered seamlessly from enquiry through to execution
• Identify upselling opportunities to maximise booking value and guest experience
• Build long-term relationships that drive repeat business and ongoing partnerships
• Support new event ideas, promotions and commercial initiatives across the venue
This is a fast-paced, hands-on role where no two days are the same. One day you could be building relationships with corporate clients and agencies, the next coordinating a large-scale event or helping deliver a new commercial initiative within the venue.
About You
You’re commercially driven, proactive and genuinely enjoy building relationships and driving business growth. You know how to manage a busy pipeline, move quickly on opportunities and create a great guest experience from first enquiry through to event delivery.
We’re looking for someone who:
• Has experience in hospitality sales, reservations or events within high-volume venues
• Has a proven track record of converting enquiries into confirmed bookings
• Is confident building relationships with corporate clients, agencies and group organisers
• Thrives in fast-paced environments and enjoys driving revenue opportunities
• Is highly organised, proactive and commercially minded
• Brings energy, ownership and a genuine passion for hospitality and events
Experience with booking platforms or CRM systems would be beneficial, alongside an understanding of group bookings, private hire and large-scale venue operations.
Most importantly, we’re looking for someone who wants to make things happen, drive bookings and play a key role within one of BrewDog’s largest venues.
