About the Opportunity:
We are seeking a detail-oriented HRIS Analyst to support and maintain Human Resources Information Systems for a US-based client. This role is critical in ensuring HR data accuracy, enabling reliable reporting, and supporting system enhancements that drive efficient HR operations.
Key Responsibilities:
Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records in the HRIS
Validate HR data and ensure system accuracy and integrity
Provide HRIS support to internal stakeholders and onshore teams
Generate, maintain, and automate HR reports and dashboards
Troubleshoot HRIS and reporting issues via ticketing systems
Support system upgrades, testing, and process improvement initiatives
Document HR processes, system updates, and workflow changes
Ensure compliance with data privacy and information security standards
Assist in HR and system audits as required
Support change management activities related to HR systems and processes
Required Skills & Experience:
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Information Systems, Business, Psychology, or a related field
1–2 years of experience working with HRIS platforms (e.g., Workday, SAP, Oracle), or similar data/reporting systems
Experience in reporting, data management, or process improvement initiatives
Strong analytical and organizational skills with attention to detail
Advanced Excel skills (Pivot Tables required; experience in Macros is an advantage)
Strong Excel skills (with proficiency in Pivot Tables required; Macros experience is a plus)
Strong written and verbal communication skills
High level of discretion in handling confidential information
Work Setup:
Hybrid work arrangement: up to 3 days onsite in Makati or any of PSG’s Workspaces (SM North, Exxa Tower C5, MOA, and Alabang)
