Job Description

Type: Full-Time

Location: Washington, DC

Overtime Exempt: Exempt

Reports To: ARMADA HQ

Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Prepares and edits technical documentation, manuals, and reports.
  • Reviews technical information for clarity and accuracy.
  • Coordinates with subject matter experts to develop documentation.
  • Ensures documentation complies with applicable standards.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities (KSAs):

  • Knowledge of technical writing standards and practices
  • Strong writing and editing skills
  • Ability to translate technical information into clear documentation
  • Attention to detail
  • Organizational skills
  • Communication skills

Minimum/General Experience:

  • 3 years to 5 years of related experience

Minimum Education:

  • BS/BA degree in Communications, or related field (or equivalent)
