About the Role:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Wait Staff/Dishwasher to join our team at Solstice Senior Living at Mesa View. As a Wait Staff/Dishwasher, you will be responsible for providing exceptional dining experiences to our residents. You will be expected to maintain a high level of professionalism and customer service while ensuring that all meals are served in a timely and efficient manner. Your role will be crucial in creating a warm and welcoming atmosphere for our residents. Helping with dishes/To-Go order when needed.
Minimum Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Experience washing dishes
- Experience serving food
- Previous experience in a similar role preferred
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Flexibility to work weekends and holidays
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience working with seniors
- Experience washing dishes
- Experience serving food
- Food handling certification
- Knowledge of fine dining etiquette
- Ability to speak multiple languages
- Experience with POS systems
Responsibilities:
- Greet residents and guests in a friendly and professional manner
- Take food and beverage orders and ensure accuracy
- Serve meals and beverages in a timely and efficient manner
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of dining areas
- Assist with setting up and breaking down dining areas
Skills:
As a Wait Staff/Dishwasher, you will utilize your excellent customer service and communication skills to provide exceptional dining experiences to our residents. You will also use your ability to work in a fast-paced environment to wash dishes, clean the kitchen and ensure that all meals are served in a timely and efficient manner. Additionally, your knowledge of fine dining etiquette and experience with POS systems will be valuable in providing a high level of service to our residents. Finally, your flexibility to work weekends and holidays will be essential in ensuring that our residents receive the best possible dining experiences.
