As our Country Regulatory Manager, you will play a key role in planning, securing, and maintaining product authorisations in France. You will build strong partnerships with regulatory authorities and collaborate closely with local and regional teams to support business growth and safeguard Nufarm’s freedom to operate.
How You’ll Help Us Grow
- Plan, secure, and maintain product authorisations required for commercialisation in France, aligned with local and regional regulatory strategies
- Build and maintain strong partnerships with French regulatory authorities governing chemical and biological plant protection solutions
- Support the preparation and timely submission of high-quality registration dossiers, ensuring compliance with core and local regulatory requirements
- Monitor, assess, and communicate local, zonal, and European regulatory developments and their impact on Nufarm’s portfolio and business operations
- Collaborate closely with commercial, marketing, demand planning, and artwork management teams to support product lifecycle and regulatory strategy
- Partner with regional regulatory teams and project teams to support GAP and label development
- Provide country-specific regulatory input to project teams and proactively identify regulatory challenges and opportunities

You are a regulatory professional with strong scientific expertise and experience navigating French regulatory frameworks within the agrochemical sector. You thrive in a multinational environment, balancing strategic thinking with operational execution, and collaborating with diverse stakeholders to achieve business and regulatory objectives.
You Bring:
- Minimum MSc / Bac +5 or equivalent qualification, preferably in Life Sciences
- At least 5 years of experience in French regulatory affairs within the agrochemical sector (industry, CRO, or consultancy)
- Fluent French and advanced English skills
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and teamwork skills
- Independent working style with strong problem-solving abilities
- Strategic thinking and strong business acumen
Desirable:
- PhD
- Negotiation skills
- Project management experience
- Strong decision-making and team collaboration capabilities
