Required Documents

INTERNAL CANDIDATES - Need to submit a letter of interest only on Edjoin.org (no other documents required)

EXTERNAL CANDIDATES - Need to submit a full application packet on Edjoing.org with all required documents. Only applications with all required attachments completed will be considered.

Requirements / Qualifications

Current First Aid and CPR certification (Training provided by district upon hiring)
Current Lifeguard Certificate (Training provided by district upon hiring)

Working knowledge of; Swimming hazards, Lifeguard training techniques, First aid and Cardio-pulmonary Resuscitation (CPR), and Techniques and principles of swimming instruction.

Some knowledge of; Supervision and evaluation of staff and Principals of diversity & inclusion.

Under supervision, supervise, train, schedule and evaluate the staff assigned to a swimming facility; perform lifeguard and related duties; provide swimming instruction; oversees the operation of the pool area; and perform other duties as required.

Salary Info

CSEA Range 10 $21.25 - $27.44 Hr. (hours per day to be determined)
