Position Summary:

McKnight Place Assisted Living & Memory Care is in search for a compassionate, skilled, and passionate Beautician who wants to own their own business, with an established client list provided by us.

Essential Functions, Duties, and Responsibilities:

The Beautician will be responsible for enhancing our resident's appearance, self-esteem, and overall presentation. The Beautician will conduct a wide range of hair care services including, but not limited to; shampooing, cutting, coloring, highlighting, styling, manicures, and footcare. This position is required to maintain basic safety standards and hygienic measures according to State guidelines. The contracted Beautician will be expected to build a rapport with residents through recommendations, meaningful conversations, and basic knowledge of current beauty industry trends.

Qualifications:

• Education: Licensed by the State of Missouri in Cosmetology

• Experience: Prior experience in a healthcare facility preferred

• Proof of Certificate of Liability Insurance (COI)

   

Schedule:

• Flexible schedule

• Every Monday and Wednesday

Supplemental Pay:

• Commission pay
