Administrative Assistant - Parker at Somerset - Benefits Eligible - Part time - $22.00 starting hourly rate (depending on experience) - The areas highest quality nursing care residence providing a warm and compassionate small home environment in a state-of-the-art-community -  (3) days per week, Sunday 8:00am - 2:00pm, Tuesday 7:30aa-4:00pm and Friday 7:30am - 5:00pm with flexibility - The Administrative Assistant will assist with concierge responsibilities, incoming calls, inquiries, admissions follow up, preparation and distribution of packets and general mailings, scheduling/conducting tours, reports, County and Medicaid billing. Ensure safety and security of participants, community members and guests.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

  • High school diploma or G.E.D. required
  • Minimum of two years' administrative office experience
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Applications: Word, Excel Power point, and Outlook
  • Previous experience in a healthcare setting, geriatric population preferred
  • Strong Customer Service skills coupled with excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Flu vaccine required during flu season.
